In this article, the author discusses the regulation of the simulation of legal personality in the New Civil Code. After presenting the concept of legal personality simulation and its effects, the author compares judicial simulation with fictitious legal entities, highlighting the criteria that distinguish the two. The article concludes with an analysis of fictitious legal entities.
