About the Journal

In March 2020,AUBD – Legal Forum was launched as the online section of the AUBD Journal, where specialized legal articles are published; these are generally shorter than those appearing in the print edition of the Journal. The Forum offers faculty members, undergraduates, master’s students, and doctoral candidates from the Faculty of Law, as well as faculty members from other faculties and legal practitioners, the opportunity to express their ideas, opinions, and proposals regarding topics of interest and current issues.

Articles published in AUBD – Legal Forum are available in full, online, and free of charge. The AUBD – Forum Juridic journal is open access, meaning that it allows readers to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full text of published articles and permits readers to use the articles for any other legitimate purposes.
