Abstract: Oneof the key issues in administrative law concerns the legal regime governing the judicial suspension of administrative normative acts—more specifically, whether such a measure produces relative or general effects.

In the absence of a uniform line of practice from the High Court of Cassation and Justice, both case law and legal doctrine are divided on the matter.

This article aims to establish the correct solution at this time from a legal standpoint, while also offering a perspective on how it might be modified in the future.
