Part I
Andreea-Laura ENESCU, Ph.D. candidate, The Prohibition or Restriction of Night Work in Domestic Law, EU Law, and International Labor Law
The legal framework governing night work is generally quite rigorous, as we must take into account, on the one hand, that night work represents an atypical form of the legal employment relationship and, on the other hand, the practical consequences that long-term night work may entail.
These concerns have led to the identification of certain situations in which the prohibition or restriction of night work is necessary.
