Part I

The analysis of the diversification of sanctions in the case law of the European Court of Human Rights concerns both sanctions pertaining to injunction proceedings and those pertaining to quasi-judicial annulment proceedings. These are new forms of sanctions, which correspond to the Court’s para-conventional powers, based on a broad and integrated interpretation of Articles 1, 41, and 46 of the Convention.
