This article offers a critical analysis of the controversial draft law, as it pertains to political exclusion, even though the law claims to aim at “consolidating the revolution.” The author criticizes this draft law, pointing out the true motives behind its adoption, which served as the driving force behind the rhetoric used by politicians.
