Abstract:Earlier this year, C.H. Beck Publishers released the book titled “Criminal Liability of Legal Entities,” authored by University Lecturer Andra-Roxana Trandafir, Ph.D. The book combines the author’s research, teaching, and professional experience, aspects that give the work a practical and holistic approach. Based on the points made in this review, we consider this master’s-level course to be the most comprehensive and up-to-date study on the subject and essential reading for any student or practitioner of criminal law.
