Law of Property sau drepturile reale, face parte din Common Law-ul tradiţional. Law of Property reuneşte Law of Property in Land (dreptul bunurilor imobiliare) şi Personal Property (dreptul bunurilor mobiliare). Principala diferenţă între Law of Property ca instituţie de Common Law şi drepturile reale din dreptul continental este absenţa codificării din dreptul anglo-saxon.
